Canadian Personal Property Appraisal Group is a Canadian made, national, personal property appraisal organization comprising a network of accredited appraisers spanning from coast to coast. CPPAG provides personal property appraisal training and accreditation to its members who come from a diversity of backgrounds including: auctioneers, bailiffs, insurance industry, antique and equipment dealers, accounting and financial institutions and lawyers.
Headquartered in Chicago, The National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers was founded in 1961 as a non-profit professional association of real estate appraisers. Today, our Association has chapters throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, and we continue to grow both in number and stature. The Association's objectives are to raise the standards of the appraisal profession, gain recognition for its members as qualified professionals, and to promote fellowship among appraisers.
- Two (2) years of experience is considered the equivalent to one (1) year of college.
- Thirty (30) college credits are considered equivalent to one (1) year of college.
- Fifteen (15) approved classroom hours are considered equivalent to one (1) college credit.
